Devil Design is a new product - liquid adhesive for print pads (110 ml). It is a preparation for better surface adhesion depending on temperature - adhesivity increases with increasing the temperature of the pad. After the printing is complete, after the pad cools down, the model can be easily removed from the print pad. It is a liquid agent. It does not contain any gas and is environmentally friendly. It does not smell during the print, on the contrary it has a pleasant vanilla smell.
The product is soluble in water and is easy to clean. Increasing adhesion is tested for materials: PLA, PLA-ST, ABS, ABS+, ABS-T, HIPS, ASA, TPU, PET-G.
Instructions for use:
1. Clean the printer printing area. Make sure the temperature is less than 50 ° C on the print pad!
2. Shake the adhesive rod Devil Design for a few seconds, then apply it to a (unheated) print pad. After unscrewing the lid you will find a sponge applicator to achieve a very accurate application only where you really need.
3. Wait for about 2 minutes for the surface to dry completely before heating the pad to the desired temperature. Choose the temperature according to the chosen type of filament. You can navigate according to the recommended working temperatures of the Devil Liquid adhesive, see the table below.
If the pad is heated, you can start printing.
4. After printing a 3D object, wait for the printing pad to cool. The model should go after printing after cooling easier to remove from the pad.
